As stated above, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Retention of Your Personal Data

  • Support correspondence and service tickets: up to 24 months from closure, to resolve follow-up inquiries and defend against potential claims.
  • Call recordings: up to 12 months, for quality assurance and training.
  • Text message threads: up to 24 months, as a record of scheduling and service communications.
• Marketing data
  • Marketing contact information and consent records: retained until You opt out or request deletion. Records evidencing Your opt-out are retained afterward so We can honor it.
• Usage data
  • Website analytics data, including cookies, IP addresses, and device identifiers: up to 24 months from collection.
  • Server logs, including IP addresses and access times: up to 24 months, for security monitoring and troubleshooting.

We may retain Personal Data beyond the periods stated above where We are required by law to retain specific records, where the data is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, where You ask Us to retain specific information, or where data exists in backup systems scheduled for routine deletion.

When retention periods expire, We securely delete or anonymize Personal Data. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period consistent with Our backup schedule and are not restored except where necessary for security, disaster recovery, or legal compliance. Anonymized data that cannot be linked back to You may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.

Our Website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
